Hello, Newington Ski Club members and visitors to our website,
I’m honored to accept once again the position of President of the Newington Ski Club. I’ve been a member for about 30 years, enjoying many events and friendship over the years. We’re planning for the upcoming ski season with some fun activities in store for you.
In November we’ll be dining and dancing at the CT Ski Council Snow Ball, then bundling up to watch the Hartford Wolf Pack Hockey Team. There’s a Warren Miller movie coming to the Bushnell on November 2nd and we plan to take advantage of special group rates for the movie and Wolf Pack game.
Come ski with us on our bus trip to Stratton Mountain, VT on Sunday, January 26th, or February 2nd. More information coming soon on price, date, etc. Use your IKON pass or cross-country ski, snow permitting!
Lots going on at NSC. Join us the second Thursday of the month for our Club meetings at the Back Nine Tavern at Stanley Golf Course, New Britain. Meetings start at 7:00 pm. Join us for dinner and friendship.
