Meeting called to order by President, Ted Rogala
Secretary’s Report: was submitted and accepted.
Treasurer’s Report: was submitted and accepted.
Membership: 27 new members, to attract new members flyers will be put in local colleges and ski shops.
Monday Night Racings scheduled to start next Monday, December 23. It looks to be a go at this time. Several prizes were awarded at this past Monday night racing pre-sign up party, many prizes went to NCS members.
Christmas/Holiday Party is Thursday, January 16, 2020, at Indian Hills Country Club. Cost will be around $30, 3 meal choices, cash bar.
Kids Day at Mt. Southington is Saturday, January 25, 2020. Pre-registration form and $10 check (refundable on kids day) for each child should be mailed to Jonathan Houck; 424 Cardinal Ln, Cheshire CT 06410
There is an $18 helmet rental fee that day if needed.
Winter hike-January 26 at 10 am, Sessions Woods, Burlington led by Paul Yuskales.
Club Day: Saturday, February 8, 2020, at Catamount with Danbury Ski Club. Cost of a meal, bus, and lift ticket is $65. Meet at the commuter lot across from Target in New Britain. Jack will look into the cost if not racing or taking the bus.
CSC CT Senior Games: Tuesday, February 11, 2019, at Ski Sundown. Carol says we need 40 participants for the event to happen.
Soup, Stew & Chili night will be Thursday, February 20, 2019, at Indian Hill Country Club.
On-Snow: February 28 – March 1 at Waterville Valley. Check the CSC website for more details.
Tonight’s 50/50 Raffle Winner: Rusty is the winner $7.
