Indian Hill Country Club
Meeting called to order by President, Ted Rogala at 7:35 pm.
Secretary’s Report: secretary’s report submitted and accepted.
Treasurer’s Report: no treasurer’s report
Membership: As of mid-November our membership was about the same as last year. Please renew soon. Encourage your family and friends to join.
Monday Night Racing early registration and pizza party will be at Mt. Southington on Monday, December 16, 2019, at 6:30 pm.
Monday Night Racings scheduled to begin on Monday, December 23, 2019.
Christmas/Holiday Party is Thursday, January 16, 2020, at Indian Hills Country Club. Waiting to see the menu proposal from Casa Mia.
Kids Day at Mt. Southington is Saturday, January 25, 2020. $10 preregistration fee (cash only) is due by January 21. Lesson t 4:30 – 6:30 pm. Pizza will be provided after the lesson. Rental equipment is $35. Check the CSC website for more details.
Club Day: Saturday, February 8, 2020, at Catamount with Danbury Ski Club. See Glenn for more details. Looking into getting a bus for that day.
CSC CT Senior Games: Tuesday, February 11, 2019, at Ski Sundown. Carol says we need 40 participants for the event to happen.
Soup, Stew & Chili night will be Thursday, February 20, 2019, at Indian Hill Country Club.
On-Snow: February 28 – March 1 at Waterville Valley. Check the CSC website for more details.
Tonight’s 50/50 Raffle Winner: Harold is the winner $12!
